How long is the warranty on my ElectricKit conversion?
The ElectricKit system parts are supplied with a manufacturer’s warranty of 2 years, provided by Oilwarm Burner Products.

Here’s how we stand out from the crowd!

It would often be the case that the labour cost would be higher than the parts costs in the rare event of a fault occurring. Castelle’s commitment to customer satisfaction and the service you and your aga deserves is to cover the labour costs for 2 years and add 3 years to the parts warranty.

So, we offer a free 5 year parts and a free 2 year labour warranty to replace any parts subject to the terms listed below and the items listed in “Things that aren’t covered”.

We will endeavour to fault find and resolve any problem with you, then arrange a mutually convenient time to visit.

• Your warranty period starts when we have supplied the goods.
• Your warranty cannot be transferred


What are the terms of the warranty?

• The oven or system must not have been modified by a third party
• Faults that cannot be attributed to misuse or accidental damage
 

Things that aren’t covered

• Routine maintenance & servicing
• Consumable Parts (including but not limited to, thermostats, thermocouples, washers, seals)
• Accidental or cosmetic damage (including but not limited to hob/induction glass, control panel screen & knobs, wall mounted screen or free standing screen)
• External vent fans are covered by a 1 year parts warranty
• ElectricKit Induction hobs are covered by the manufacturer’s 1 year warranty only
• Misuse includes any actions against the user instructions (including but not limited to damage to hob elements due to improper use)
• Hob lids are advised to be left open whilst the hobs are set above 5.
• Any consequential loss.
